BODY RECOVERED FROM PLANE WRECK FORMALLY IDENTIFIED AS EMILIANO SALA'S

The British Police on Thursday evening announced that the body recovered from the plane wreckage recovered under water on Sunday belonged to Cardiff Striker Emiliano Sala.

According to the British Authority, the body was formally identified by Dorset Coroner as that of Emiliano Sala.

Sala’s plane went missing without a trace or a distress call signal being sent out on the English Channel on 21st January this year when the Player was on his way to Cardiff from Nantes, France where he previously played.

His plane was found by Private Investigators sitting at the seabed 65 metres immersed in water with a body inside.

Sala’s Pilot David Ibbotson is yet to be found and it remains unclear whether he is still alive or dead.

A few days ago, Sala’s sister posted a touching picture of his dog still waiting for him to come home.

The Argentine-born football Player’d death came just a week after he had been signed by Cardiff City FC. He died at a young age of 29 years.
